Wai Wai: We had no booking for this restaurant and was lucky to get a table for our early dinner at 5.45pm.The restaurant had a very cosy ambience with perfect lighting and background music. We were greeted warmly by our waitress Karel who introduced the 3 course menu and answered any questions on the menu. I ordered the soft shell crab to start, roast pork belly as a main and the open sesame for dessert.The starter was two pieces of soft shell crab, cooked perfectly with the right amount of flavouring accompanied by fennel cooked three ways. Very tasty and recommended if you are a fan of soft shell crab.Main was roast pork belly accompanied by Parisian gnocchi and parsnip purée. The pork belly and the sauce it was served in went extremely well with the purée and gnocchi as they balanced out the flavour of the sauce perfectly.Lastly, finished with the orange panna cotta with sesame ice cream. The flavours were intricate and very well layered inside the cake. A great way to finish our meal indeed!Both Sylvie and Karel looked after us extremely well. Service was immaculate and made our visit here at the restaurant a 5⭐️ experience! Thanks to the whole team at Le Hobbit for a wonderful meal!

Margaux Fauqueux: A magnificent discovery for our first evening in Quebec! I recommend this restaurant with my eyes closed. The quality/price ratio is more than correct. We opted for the blind service which delighted our taste buds. The associated pairing was also perfect, great discoveries in terms of wines. Special mention for the welcome of the restaurant which is impeccable. The servers are very pleasant and put us at ease very quickly. The cozy and friendly atmosphere also allows us to feel good throughout the meal. Go there with your eyes closed!

Jea Kim: Solid hotel breakfast buffet with comforting breakfast classics and friendly service.Came here for breakfast during our recent stay at the hotel. Given the size of the Fairmont Frontenac, I anticipated its restaurant to be busy, especially in the morning. However, I was surprised to find out that it was almost empty when we arrived at around 7:30 AM.The buffet selections were fairly basic. It featured a decent range of savory and sweet items, including waffles, scrambled eggs, breakfast pastries, fruits, and an array of charcuterie like prosciutto and cheese. So I ended up getting only one plate, and some of the standouts included the freshly squeezed apple juice, the ham slices with horseradish sauce, and the croissant. However, the other items on my plate were fairly average in comparison.One of the servers insisted that we try their maple pudding, and it turned out to be a nice sugary finish to our meal. Its flavor and texture reminded me of honey cornbread drenched in maple syrup, and its comforting and homey taste was quite pleasing.For guests at the Fairmont Frontenac with complimentary breakfast included, the Place Dufferin buffet is a convenient and satisfying option. However, if you have to pay out of pocket for the buffet, I’d suggest exploring other breakfast or brunch restaurants around town as there are so many better options.
Su Park: . The savory sandwiches were great, and we especially loved the smoked salmon. There was also a wonderfully talented pianist who played during the service.Parking: Free 3 hr valet included with tea.
M WN: Enjoyed the high tea which included a starter of a tiny panna cotta, two scones, one savoury, one regular with jam and cream, finger sandwiches of cucumber and another of smoked salmon, some prawns in a small pastry shell, duck terrine on a small brioche bun, pesto cream cheese on a small round of rye and three very small sweet pastries. It came on a stand, but not a proper high tea stand. It was OK. The high tea at the Fairmont Lake Louise was much prettier and had better food. Service was fabulous and great atmosphere which included a pianist, but were seated quite close to other patrons.
Michael Wu PhD: We had the breakfast buffet here as the other hotel restaurants aren't open yet. The food was great, but there is so much to choose from that we probably would have been better to choose the a la carte option instead of the buffet. The restaurant is right on the Dufferin terrace, so you get to see the boardwalk but not the view of the river.

Martine Forand: Beautiful place, clean, beautiful restaurant, competent and friendly staff. Excellent coffee. But the television didn't work, no hook for our clothes in the bathroom, no coffee maker in the room or in the common living room and the restaurant only opened at 8 a.m.; so for early risers, it's a long time to wait 2 hours for our morning coffee. So a few things that could easily be improved to increase the customer experience.

Chad Lapointe: Me and my girlfriend had an extraordinary experience last night. We took the culinary tasting which makes up a 5 course with the Pigeon as the main meal. I didn't think I'd say this one day but I loved the pigeon. Without a doubt the starter which was also exceptional, duck foie gras and snow lobster. Both starters with side dishes that make it completely unforgettable to taste. And then dessert, funny way of saying that but it was the icing on the Sunday. With olive oil ice cream and meringue. Finally, we ate THE BEST MEAL OF OUR LIFE! And the service was simply perfect 👌
Mister Guigz: Very nice experience at Restaurant Chez Muffy at Auberge Saint-Antoine. The restaurant is beautiful and charming. The plates are very well presented, the service is top notch and the Chef even came to see us during the service. The Maître d'hôtel suggested some very good wines that went very well with the dishes we had. If you're looking for a fine local Quebec cuisine restaurant, you won't go wrong Chez Muffy!
