Bruno Martin: Great school! Personally, I appreciate the mixture of Wing-Chun and MMA applied to self-defense. My son started in children's classes and has gradually integrated classes with adults over the past three years and we now practice together three times a week!The flexibility offered by Sifu Serge Gratton in terms of kickboxing, MMA and more traditional self-defense, including weapons, is very appreciated. The training is serious and respectful of everyone's level, no "hotheads", I love it!
