Lise Bayard: When my car needed bumper repair, I asked for a quote for the windshield. To the email received I replied that I did not want the change. They changed it anyway and charged me....it was not in my budget and they had written proof of my refusal. But the clerk asked for the repair. Furthermore, she does not know how to receive customers. When we're on the phone, we look at the customer who comes in and we signal that it won't be long. Luckily the rest of the staff, especially the handsome Portuguese guy, are very nice.

Louka GC: Wow! I had my trunk to redo and I have nothing to say, everything is super beautiful and quickly done. The team is super nice and hardworking, both at the counter and in the garage. The only small point is the subcontractor who changed my rear window. The work on the window is well done, however he made a mark in my tinted paper, put some plastic back in place incorrectly and put my wiper back on the wrong side. So instead of wiping the window he wipes the trunk. Otherwise the service at the Berube garage was impeccable!
