NoTzY_YT: Très belle endroit pour s’entraîner, la salle de muscu est bien faite et chaleureuse. Les terrains de sport de raquette sont très cool pour jouer tranquillement à bas niveau comme moi. Seul défaut, selon-moi, est que les gens dans les vestiaires devraient se couvrir d’avantage. À part cela, très bonnes ambiances et je recommande cet endroit.
Olivier: Very good customer service, from the counter to reception to maintenance. Slightly expensive but overall decent. I still find it a shame to have to pay for land if I am a member. Very large gym room with all the necessary equipment, several tennis courts and only 2 badminton courts. I would give 4 stars but I will keep 5 to counterbalance the comments which criticize the establishment for the naked people in the locker rooms, LOL

Mathieu durand: when traffic is at its maximum, it sometimes becomes complicated to access a toilet. Even worse when one of the two falls out of service. If the gym plans to increase its clientele it will become problematic. I still give 5 stars because the rest is impeccable. I have tried 6 gyms in my life and this is by far the best I have been to.

william plamondon: Really a great find at the gym I'm still starting bodybuilding everything is there to progress the equipment is good the treadmills are excellent, the atmosphere is really there right down to the wifi code, the gym is 24/7, the guy at the reception super nice and the price is really good for me it's the best gym in Quebec I say that in 1 year I tested a lot of gyms it's not the biggest or the most luxurious but it's is the best a real gym.

Traffic varies throughout the day but we always have a place no matter what time we go! Having tested several gyms in Quebec before finding the XL Gym Charlesbourg, clearly nothing will make me change establishments. Everything is done to make you feel at home!
