yvan gilbert: so I called on May 6 to bring in a technician who came by on May 7 and the latter told me confirmed that it was indeed the compressor that had blown and it was under warranty. the only date that was available was May 21 but he had the compressor in hand, however he did not have a technician available at that time. So they did their best to bring forward the replacement date which was May 17. The technician who came was very nice and knowledgeable so he replaced my compressor in about an hour. so I consider given the circumstances of the lack of staff I had very good service and I am satisfied with their cooperation.
