    Andrew Chambers: Spectacular resource for Ottawa. Great organization and wonderful people. Professional and so very helpful.

    Amelie March: YSB is a wonderdul organization and a great source of support for both youth and parents. I have gone there on my own to get some parenting advice and have brought my son for drop in counselling as well and he said it was the most real conversation he's ever had with anyone. Gabe him lots to think about and was overall very positive experience. They also have an employment program at another location and all sorts of services for at-risk and homeless youth.

    SaucyKetchup364: Almost all the bad reviews are from parents who are upset their child isn’t doing EXACTLY as they say. One parents is upset their child if dressing the way they want rather than “the way they’re told to dress” that’s absurd. YSB is a great service and they’ve helped me lots. I’ve been through YSB for several rounds of counselling. Not only that but the walk in too and I’ve had nothing but good experiences. Sometimes it takes some time to find a counsellor you click with but just be patient. YSB is a great support for those suffering from mental health problems. I’ve also had support from Cheo and I would 100% recommend YSB over Cheo unless it’s an emergency situation.
