As former athletes (Julie a competitive figure skater and Andre played CIS football), sports and physical training have played a large role in shaping both their lives. Thanks to this, they understand the importance of hard work and determination when it comes to achieving your goals.

We provide active and post rehab exercise therapy in our spacious semi-private clinic or in the comfort of your home.
