I stored my umbrella, and mice got to it and ate through the cord that opens the umbrella. No blame here on Hauser, a mouse ate the cord over the winter, my fault! Here I am just trying to figure out how to fix this issue, I understand this will cost me money,.. can I PLEASE have my deck umbrella back?2. I called Hauser, explaining what happened and asking for help and options... an umbrella I bought LESS THAN A YEAR AGO.3. First off,.. it is next to IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone from Hauser. The Ottawa store that sold me the umbrella won't even TALK to me! They didn't care because I was last year's customer.... they referred me to customer service in Toronto... okay I called Toronto.4. Customer service in Toronto was event LESS helpful.. they basically just told me a replacement cord was $195

With care it will last and stay beautiful. Ask for a quote and you'll get a deal. Staff member I dealt with was very nice and delivery excellent.

Our existing furniture wouldn’t fit in the room and we didn’t know how to maximize the space given the multiple entries and the width of the room. We worked closely with a designer who took the time to understand our needs and likes, and work within our budget. Despite covid restrictions, she was able to get a great sense of the room through pictures and measurements. The entire process was so enjoyable and the final result looks beautiful and, importantly, it’s so comfortable and functional. From the curtains to the rug, the artwork and the furniture, everything works together but remains unique. They even kept our young kids in mind! The pieces are durable and safe. I would never have been able to decide on all the different pieces within such a short amount of time and within my budget. Everyone we worked with, including the warehouse and delivery people, were professional and approachable. I just can’t take all the credit when my guests compliment my great design choices.

The store is very well lit making it bright and nice to shop there, particularly since they have a nice layout which is easy to navigate. The display units and shelves are not too high, so the store feels bright and the various sections can be seen and recognized. The staff is very pleasant, and particularly Raeda, who always goes out of her way to help. They also have amazing seasonal and holiday products, which you will not find in other typical furniture and decor stores.

W551 FA01: Made an unexpected stop at the JYSK on hunt club. My dog tore the bottom of my curtain off and they needed replacing. It is a very hard color to match a very light sea green. This location had lots of variety. There was the right curtain panel sitting on top of other panels so had no idea how much they were. I turned around and from across the store I hear do you need help I’ll be right there. Stephen happily crossed the store to help. Located where the curtain belonged. As I chatted with Stephen I mentioned I was not from here so needed to really decide if I wanted the curtain. He asked me where I was from. Nova Scotia I replied. He said if you want I can check the last sale price and honour it for you. That sold me. When I got to the cash I was greeted with a huge smile from Othman. When the curtains scanned they were already on sale. I was so impressed at how friendly and helpful the staff were. Thank you to both men for making my day.
