K Young: I had planned on booking a bridal appointment with La Maison Bridal Boutique however since we were unsuccessful at other boutiques so I took the chance of calling La Maison to see if there was an opening. Talk about a "It was meant to be moment" there was a cancellation and I was able to get in within 20 mins.From the moment we walked in the boutique we knew this was unlike the other boutiques we visited that day. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, especially Shayna. She was so attentive to helping me find the perfect dress...and she did just that. She also came to my rescue in finding tissue for me when I broke down a few minutes after saying 'Yes to the most perfect Dress'....she was attempting to take my measurements when all my emotions hit and the flood gates opened. Shayna was so lovely, she made me feel at ease, and encouraged me to continue to take it all in.I was not totally surprised at how personable and professional the staff is at La Maison, we purchased my daughter's prom dress a few years ago and received the same excellent, memorable experience.I have, and will continue to recommend this Boutique to my family and friends.

I did end up getting a dress the first appointment and I have no regrets. It was also great that they had a phone stand ready for my friends who were only able to attend virtually. I also got my veil here and it arrived way earlier than expected. Both Earleen and Marisa were great and would recommend to any of my friends looking for a great bridal experience.

On the day of we were greeted with a warm welcome and immediately submersed into an AMAZING experience. After discussing with Madison what I liked after looking on Pinterest, and sending her different inspiration photos, she killed it. The FIRST dress she pulled - I put on and we were all balling our eyes out. She knocked it out of the park. We tried on other dresses to make sure we knew for sure but we just kept coming back to that first dress she pulled for me. All in all - I said yes to my perfect gown! She respected my price range and just made the whole experience amazing. Nickie Duong: I didn’t end up buying my wedding dress from here but they had a lot of great options. If you’re on a budget, they have a lot of dresses on sale for $500 that are either a discontinued design or older stock. They also had really beautiful veil options that I haven’t seen anywhere else in store or online.
Cindy Beauchamp: I was panicked at the thought of finding 3 outfits for the 2024 Juno awards. This was a big deal event for us; our son was nominated in 5 categories.I had not worn a gown since graduating high school., 50 years ago.I had the best shopping experience of my life!Shirley has a keen eye. She knew very quickly what might work well for me. She spend one on one time with me and we spent the better part of 2 hours finding the perfect 3 outfits. The other huge plus is that a pant suit for example could be purchased as items, meaning that the sizes for each piece reflected the sizes I needed. I am so proud of my wardrobe and forever grateful to both Shirley and Chantal for taking such good care of me.
Libby Soucie: Overall a good experience here. It was quite busy when we went, and the designated areas they have for people who are trying things on feels a bit cramped and there's a lack of intimacy which I wasn't a huge fan of, but it wasn't a deterrent by any means. The try-on stalls are also a bit small and restrictive.The dresses were decently priced but the variety in sizes was not the greatest. Many of the dresses i tried on couldn't be clipped properly to get the full effect. Besides that, there were a couple I had tried on that fit me very well and I was able to narrow down the exact style I was looking for. My top choice from this store was almost the dress I bought!The associate that was tending to me was nice and had a bright and energetic personality, which was great.It did seem like there were quite a few options in terms of bridesmaid and prom dresses, so I'd still recommend this place!

We went back yesterday for my best friend to find her dress and not only did they remeber me, she remebered the dress!She was so kind and gracious to the bride who was a bit overwhelemed. She knew exactly how to make everyone feel at ease and help find the perfect dress.It is a small shop which gives a wonderful, intimate atmosphere. You truly feel so special as you are the only one there.Everything about the experience is perfect.The dresses are stunning and unique. You find styles you just can't elsewhere and it feels like they were made for you.She also has great styling tips.All in all she knows exactly how to make finding the dress fun, relaxing, and special.I cannot recommend this shop enough. It is truly a gem.If you're debating making an appointment- do it! You definitely won't regret it.
Karen Johnstone: We went to several different shops, and they were all good for various reasons. But Kimberley Wilson was outstanding for many reasons - she herself is wonderful for her professionalism, courteous, and attention to detail. She knew the details of each dress - who made it and where. But she also carries a wide range of styles - some places seemed to have a lot of variations of one or two styles. The atmosphere is beautiful: no phosphorescent lighting here, instead there’s a chandelier and natural light. Kimberley has a fantastic eye for what suits the bride: no need to try on twenty dresses as we did at some places: she selected five, and of those, four were in the top five after visiting other shops. There was no pressure to purchase, in fact we left empty handed the first visit because she was our first stop and we wanted to research places. Well, she ended up being our last stop too - bought the perfect dress from her today. I highly recommend this shop and Kimberley Wilson herself!

Any bride, bridesmaid or mom who is worried about how they are going to look needs to go here - these girls will hype you up and be your personal cheerleaders when needed. They had so many beautiful dresses it almost felt impossible to only pick one. When my 5 month old daughter started to get fussy part way through, Abby offered us a quick break so I could take a minute with my baby. I will be sad when I pick up my dress at my final appointment, as I feel like I will be saying goodbye to friends - if I could I would hang out at their store all the time!

I was often coordinating them in conjunction with our other Ottawa appointments regarding the wedding, often taking time off work to come up.On one occasion I came for my appointment and she said it wasn't done. She looked very upset at herself and said that someone else had lost so much weight and she had a lot on her plate. I get it, but I drove from Gananoque. She asked if I could return the next day. No I could not. It was a very expensive gas drive at the time. I left, defeated, going to try to figure out my life. My husband was in the car and told me to go back and sort it out, at least try it on again to see if I could do our choreographed dance in it. It's a good thing I did? She had found the dress, it was not done but half done? Also, no way I could do our choreographed dance in it so we went out to find a dance dress.We scheduled an appt for last pickup and she told me that I need to remind her? This is bizarre to me because I don't know why I need to remind you of the appointment you made with me, you are the business. But regardless I put a reminder to myself with all my crazy life to remind her of our appointment the day before the next one.All in all the dress was done very well. It's an amazing dress so it would have stolen the show either way. However, the hooks for my special attachment disappeared on one part. We found most of them but I think one was lost in the alterations. Would have been nice to have a heads up.I would work with her again if I were local, but for someone who cannot go through the scheduling hoops I would not recommend.

It ended up fitting PERFECTLY and you couldn’t even tell that it was altered it looked so good! She really made the process so simple and easy. She is the sweetest woman and I couldn’t be more happy.
