Royal piscines et spas Royal Pools and hot tubs: We have been using CTM to assist us to fill our customers pools for the last four years.They are very consistent on pricing and customer service; I would even say amazingly great at customer service.From the dispatcher, to Dan and Dale I cannot thank you enough for making our jobs easier and especially providing us with the best customer service available.Example of their dedication: in mid December 2019, We have refurbished a Gunite pool in Almonte, they were the only company that committed us realize the project.Another example of their commitment to their customers; we filled up another Gunite pool yesterday and the Driver, Dale, was 45 minutes earlier than scheduled. Any other company / employee would have pushed to finish, but Dale was friendly, polite and understood that we could not be rushed.Hats off to you and thank you for the amazing service.Regards,Chris

When the driver Sebastian arrived, he let us know he could see the liner was separating from the pool and recommended we wait to fill since additional water could cause the liner to split further. We were very thankful for his advice and honesty regarding the situation. When we called our pool company to notify them, they were very impressed that Sebastian caught this as some people may have just filled the pool and left . He saved us and the pool company a lot of headaches. We highly recommend this company!

Graciously, your driver Sebastian flagged me over and told me I had popped my front tire. Sure enough I had bent the rim, he not only gave me the heads up he also helped me change that tire.
