Raqib Mahmud: Bank Medical Center is great in its comprehensive service. It is staffed by professional, caring personnel. Dr. Adeleye is exceptionally supportive, efficiently addressing medical concerns with a thoughtful, problem-solving approach and compassion. Madam Eyez: Dr Adeleye has been my doctor since I have moved to Ottawa. He is the best doctor I could have asked for. He diagnosed managed my medical concerns with such professional ease. As a doctor myself, I could not have expected better care from a physician.

asma Alsawady: I live in stittsville, It took me more than half hour to reach there but it’s worthy, very good service I came at 10 am. twenty patients were a head of me, I asked the woman on the reception can I go to drop my elder son to school and come back she said definitely you have time.They took my phone number and texted me when my name was about 10 minutes to be called which saved me time and prevented the waiting without knowing when I’ll be seen.I came back to the area and was at tim hortons when they texted me the message I really liked the service.I HATE WAITING without having any idea when I will be seen.

tie Situ: Received best possible service from the receptionist who answered the phone yesterday and booked me for 2pm today. Dr. Amer was efficient and caring and prescribed me antibiotics and left the clinic at 2:20pm.
Penny Wang: Is there a way for me to contact Dr. Amer? I tried calling the front desk, but there was no answer or return call. Additionally, it appears that the clinic might be closed as I visited last Thursday, and the front door was locked.
Haneen AlKadri: Dr. Amer took good care of me and helped me during my pregnancy journey. She was there for me everytime I needed her and she listened to every concern I had. Now she is taking good care of me and my baby girl. Dr. Amer is kind, respectful and empathetic. My family and I are thankful for her and we appreciate everything that she is doing for us.Reem is the loveliest assistant!

Mary Bringhurst: then you will probably be seen within the hour.I went to this location and Merivale and was seen in an hour which isn't horrific for Ottawa standards. Dr was nice, quick, and to the point. Luckily, what I needed was simple and he gave me my prescription and I was out of there in 5 min.Also conveniently located next to Rexall.I know the wait is historically terrible at these clinics so go asap in the morning if you want to actually be treated.
Mary M: Appointments highly recommended. There is parking immediately infront, there as a notice which states that if you park in the plaza next door you will get a ticket.Once you arrive,. The chairs are spaced out there is a large empty room in the middle. There is a self chicken kiosk on the side, instead of waiting just sign in.There are plenty of rooms inside. I was in and out in about 20 mins with appointment.

Luc Bromley: I don’t know why the rating here is so low. I’ve had extreme ankle pain for almost a year. Ottawa general told me it was arthritis and sent me on my way, because they didn’t care. I knew they were wrong. So I booked an appointment at appletree. They got me in on a Saturday at 5:45pm. The doctor was great! He saw me on time, he instantly diagnosed me with tendinitis, gave me a cortisone shot, booked me in for more x-rays and prescribed me orthotics. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is they had nobody at the front desk and their sign in computer couldn’t find my appointment. So there was a little confusion and waiting around. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Doc was kind, nice, prompt when I was advised to return, and they texted me to lmk when my appointment was good. 40 minutes early, as soon as I walked in, the room was full of people, and they called me immediately.Idk what people are so dissatisfied with, because my visit was prompt quick, efficient and resolved -ish minus potential pneumonia lol. 😂Happy with these guys. Too bad the one near me closed down. If there’s any issues come here earlier than later.

Ob Rehman: We were trying to see a dr since yesterday. First we went to appletree which have worst service record. We waited for 2 hours and then have to come back because dr not showed up. Went to next appletree they did not registered us. Next day we luckily called COLLEGE SQUARE MEDICAL. the whole experience was very smooth, professional, supportive and caring. First receptionist took us in and registered us. Then we met Dr linda Wangui. I must say most helpful and kind person in her position that I ever met. She treated me very well. I had a complex issue which she resolved in a matter of minutes. I wish I had her as my family Dr. Definitely recommend her to everyone.

The doctor was very nice and understanding, took my history into account and got me my prescription quickly. The wait was my only issue, I was told 45 minutes and waited 2 hours. Realistically, walk ins that take people who aren’t patients are very hard to find, yet the only issue with this one is a 2 hour wait time at a busy hour.

Ally Verhoeve: I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. I was weary of coming here based on reviews but my experience was great. Like any walk-in clinic, there are going to be wait times. I waited about 2.5 hours which is WAY better than going to the ER and also there was a lot of people there, so I expected a longer wait to be honest. The front desk lady was super kind. The doctor, I wish I could remember her name, was attentive and listened. She didn’t just dismiss my injury to go home and ice/elevate as I had already been doing that and wasn’t working, instead she advised me to go to the ER for X-rays and an MRI and if they were unable to do that for me, to just call her back and she will write an order for that. Will come here again in the future when I need!

However, the receptionist Sandra, was nothing but respectful and patient with my mother and I. She even spoke to my mother in Korean as she did not understand English very well and was the reason we were able to find our new family doctor.

S: Great experience at this clinic. I had an appointment booked and didn't have to wait to see the doctor more than 10 minutes, staff was friendly, doctor was informative, patient and kind. I don't understand the negative reviews at all. Yes you have to pay, but I feel it was well worth the money spent.

McGrath today, she was absolutely phenomenal, was busy, but did not make me feel rushed, she addressed my concerns and gave me a requisition for an ultrasound, I presented to the emerg department the day before and was entirely dismissed for valid concerns which she completelyunderstood and provided the proper examination for to determine the next steps. Will definitely be coming back, I no longer feel like I need a family physician!

After signing into the kiosk, i noticed the clinic is very full and busy. i asked the receptionist to give us a call when its about our turn instead of staying in the clinic.The asian lady was very kind and said yes then called us back. As a parent Dr Signh listens to every concerns I have and provides allopathic and medical advice as to how to help my toddler.Overall, my experience was good so far.
