As it was after 5 p.m. on a Friday, I called the emergency phone number for Sentinel. Cindy had the company come out and fix the door within the hour. This is the type of service I have always received from Cindy and her staff.

Sentinel Management, under the direction of Cindy Johnston has done an excellent job at handling the on-going activities at our condominium corporation for 30 years. Every year our costs are at or below budget forecasts and the team is always able to promptly address any emergencies that arise on our property. Cindy only uses board-approved contractors and when tendering, she provides three quotes. I can honestly say we have had no issues with any of her recommended trades who have performed repairs on our property. She is very knowledgeable on the Condominium Act, and always keeps the board well informed of any changes that affect her clients. I would highly recommend Cindy and her team if you were looking for an honest, hard-working firm.

Our condo board recently made the change to Sentinel and couldn’t be happier. We were looking at a steep increase in condo fees due to the new legislations, however Sentinel was able to provide cost savings on our management fees, audit costs and insurance premiums.
