Daryl Swan: I had been dealing with Untuckit online and then happened to stumble across the store while in Ottawa last week. I was meet by employee "Skylar" who was so friendly and helpful. It was close to closing time but Skylar didn't pressure me to hurry.I explained that I wanted to try on some shirts just to see what size I am.He assisted me and there was zero pressure to make a purchase, which was very nice as I had already just purchased 3 shirts online.My dealings with UNTUCKit have been very positive and I have already recommended them to my sons and some co-workers.I look forward to more browsing of the UNTUCKit products and hope that their customer service remains high for years to come.What a pleasure to deal with.D. Eryn Stewart: I don't often write reviews but it would be regrettable for me not to share our amazing experience at UNTUCKit. William Socholotiuk, the Store Manager, was so pleasant and helpful; his customer service was incredible. William helped my partner pick out an outfit for our engagement shoot and spent almost an hr with him finding the perfect outfit.This is a big deal as my partner does not love shopping, so the ease of picking his size out and it being the same across all styles was an absolute gamechanger for us. The UNTUCKit size system is also perfect for us as I will be able to buy my partner clothes without him needing to go shopping.I can't recommend this store enough!!

Randy Vanderlaan: Just outstanding customer service!!! A few weeks ago, I ordered four shirts online with UNTUCKit.ca during one of their discount promos. Unfortunately, I did not order the TALL version and ended up with a regular fit. I emailed William Socholotiuk - Store Manager at UNTUCKit Rideau Centre regarding my disappointment with the fit. He personally called me immediately [5 minutes after my email] and arranged a full exchange at no extra charge, despite the promo period having expired, and arranged for a FedEx return. I am more than impressed with his friendly and immediate exemplary customer service…… not to mention the great products they sell. Try them out – you’ll be a customer for life!

C Hayne: The most hassle free shopping I have ever done. The sizing concept is easy and stress free and the shirts feel absolutely amazing. The staff made the experience easy and comfortable and I have not been this happy with a shopping experience in a long time. Lindsey: This has been my favorite store in Ottawa for a few years now. The selection of products is like nowhere else in Ottawa, they're a business you can feel good about supporting, and you know the owner puts so much hard work into making this a great place to shop. I absolutely recommend visiting if you are nearby or shopping online for the holiday season.I do want to mention ...after my last visit, I came to these reviews to see if anyone had a similar experience in terms of customer service, and there does seem to be a lot being said. I don't by any means think the owner intended to be rude but I definitely didn't feel that welcome and left feeling uncomfortable like I had bothered her while trying to make conversation. I wonder if it would be worth it to hire a sales person/customer service representative who can focus on running the front of house and answering social media comments/posts/reviews while the owner is able to focus her time more on running the business, buying product, etc. I really don't want to see this store leave Ottawa so that's why I have still given 5 stars. But I definitely think another set of hands might be needed to help it run smoothly. All the best!

L.J. Miller: I visited on Friday May 26th and had a great experience. Easy to read sale signs, quick service at the fitting room, and I had a lovely time at the cash. Brook was friendly, funny and went above and beyond when I asked a pricing question about the pants I'd grabbed last minute and forgot the price. Left the store feeling like she cared about my experience in her store. She and the other girl behind the cash counter seemed like friends more than coworkers. I went to a different urban planet the next day and it was a totally different vibe. I will be returning for future shopping to the bayshore location!!

Albert Achakji: Store was very well maintained and staff seemed to be very nice and welcoming. However, we were stuck at cash for about 15 minutes because of a rude customer, taking too long, arguing with the cashier over discount she couldn't get. Young lady at cash tried her best but then she called the Manager, he came and helped the customer while we cashed out, he was so patient with this women and he apologized other customers for the delay. We had to come back because we forgot an item and then same manager with reindeer tattoo was still helping on cash, he was so helpful and told us about the deal, helped us sign up for future sales. Great experience, great prices, will be back soon.

Steven Bouchard: I was in the Canada Goose store on January 12, 2024. I received amazing service from all of the staff there. I had an idea of what I wanted, but wasn't 100% sure, as it was a gift for my Moms Birthday.My experience started off with Teddy, who was very friendly, and knowledgeable. He showed me a variety of different coats, and explained the features of each one.I also needed another opinion, and someone to try on the different coats, as it was not for me, but rather, a Birthday gift for my mom. So, I asked Ray to try on some of the coats to see how they actually look on someone. She was also very friendly, and did a great job modeling my final choices, and further explaining some of the features of them.I needed one last bit of input before my purchase, and therefore, asked the manager on duty, Rachel, for some final advice. She was also very kind, and was able to give me some solid feedback.It was a great experience, and I am glad that all the staff were so helpful, and willing to help.

I hope to support small business owners across Canada. Adorit makes that possible. Items sold in this boutique are also unique and whimsical, theatrical and cozy.The bamboo tights are indestructible. The leggings with pockets have been a salvation. The belts inspiring! I brought my daughter in law to Adorit Boutique from Vancouver expressly so she could buy a few more of her favourite socks.Last but not least, I LOVE the delivery of a package to my door , brought by the owner, on a bicycle..No one competes with service like that!
