Life Long Landscaping's team is professional, polite and respectful. They showed up on time and worked hard despite extreme heat during our backyard renovations. Overall, there were no surprises or unexpected complications.
We wanted an inviting backyard that would be an extension of our home to entertain family and friends. You delivered!

Annette Paquin: Was able to order quickly and efficiently during Covid days. Our grass looks great. A couple of rolls were thinly cut and had to be used for patches which is why we ordered a percent over what we needed. Would have been better if we had some confirmation in writing, such an an email to confirm order and pricing, but ordering was all verbal. Overall, product and service was great.

As the pictures show, after only 3 weeks, we had a fully established healthy green lawn at a fraction of the cost of sod. The team was great to deal with. Jason Sahl: which they said they would re-seed after the job and didn’t and left a mess at the gate where it meets city property. There is a large flap of landscape fabric just hanging off the end and two wheel ruts leading into my backyard. It’s not integral to the finished product but to me, it suggests rushing through it and sloppiness. When the price is 4200$ for 155sqft, you’d think that they would try a bit harder. Anyway, Lucas never showed up during the job. Had he done so, I would’ve pointed that out to him and maybe he would have fixed it. But as far as I know he didn’t show up at any point. I was told “someone” came to the site and pronounced it good but it wasn’t what we agreed upon. And if I were checking the place out after it was done and before the customer paid the final bill, I would have torn a strip off the installers for their lack of attention to detail.
Caroline Chehade: Instant Lawns built our interlock patio in our backyard last year and I absolutely loved the result and quality of work. It looks beautiful, clean and durable. We liked our experience with the team and I would definitely recommend them. Last spring/summer I was shopping around to find a reliable company to build our little interlock project in the backyard of our house in Orleans, lots of companies would not show up for the initial estimate visit, others were overpriced or didn’t have references or good reviews. Instant Lawns DID show up for the initial visit for the quote, they listened to our needs, took measurements, and provided a quote on the spot and the written one a few days later. They gave us the most competitive quote, we had also asked for references to check out other clients’ result. We decided to go with them and chose the blocs style and interlock design we want and they ordered it and had it delivered straight in our backyard. They completed the work in a timely manner and kept us in the loop. I am very satisfied with the result and I would hire them again for future projects!

Charlie Sager: Although I am late with this review, I nonetheless share it enthusiastically. Conor and his team tirelessly worked for the better part of three days on a rather challenging and sizable portion of my lawn. It was awkwardly shaped and far from flat yet the work as completed was excellent and, many weeks later now, having followed the useful instructions on sod care provided on their website, the sod seems to have taken very well to its new home. The overall visual improvement to my property is quite obvious, including to many who have walked by and generously shared their admiring views. I will not hesitate to use New Lawn again, should the need arise, and would freely recommend the company to my any friend who might find themselves in similar need.
