They are responsive, professional and they went out of their way to help my mom and our family through a tough time. We are very grateful to Capreit for the kindness and human touch in their dealings with us. Ottawa is blessed to have Capreit and staff like Shannon and her team. I would recommend them. I can say sincerely they genuinely care.

Serge Marleau: Since Capreit has taken over in December 2020. They have made a commitment to improve this area and they have. Anything that l have asked to repair has been done in a timely manner. The manager from the office Rahul Shrestha has been very helpful in helping me out in any concerns l had. He is probably one of the nicest person and someone who cares about our living area which is Hunters point. As l am writing this review Capreit are actually working on our new fence. I want to thank them for that and for making a commitment on improving our area.
Talendieu Cherilus: I been living since 2006 and since new company took over I see lot of improvement. Rahul manager who works in office is very helpful.

Jodi Dooling: I moved into an Aspen Village Townhouse in January of 2024. We were actually supposed to get the unit in February but we were able to move in January 12 which was huge as otherwise we would have had to put our things in storage for 2 weeks and also find somewhere to stay. Mirsada is amazing. She always answers my emails and gets back to me promptly. There were a lot of issues with the unit when we moved in but that was because they didn’t have time to do all the repairs because they let us in early. When we brought the issues to Mirsada’s attention she was on top of everything immediately. I had initially thought that I had rented a unit with central air and when I discovered it didn’t come with central air I was a bit panicked as all the outdoors is trying to kill me so I have to have my windows closed in the summer. I spoke to Mirsada and she is going to arrange to have Central air put in our unit as soon as possible. The service from CAPREIT is well beyond my expectations. I can’t say enough positive things about them and especially Mirsada she is worth her weight in Gold. She deserves a raise.
