    There are a lot of reasons why you might choose a Rideau Pools semi-inground pool over an inground pool – but the main one is cost. Semi-inground pools are cheaper to purchase and install than inground pools. A semi-inground is a pool that is only partially buried in the ground. With their lower profile, they don’t obstruct your yard the way above ground pools do. In addition, their cheaper materials and easier installation means that they don’t cost as much as inground pools. In other words, they’re a great compromise between the two.

    Gerry Lacasse: We had Brad and Shelley from Rideau Pools design and arrange for the installation of our inground pool late last summer. They did a fantastic job. Starting from the design phase, Brad with the help of his designing software was able to design the perfect set up for the available space in our back yard and was able to show us exactly how it would look with a video. Most importantly, the pool and its surroundings turned out to be exactly like displayed in the video so there was absolutely no unpleasant surprises. The quality of the products and the workmanship of the sub-contractors coordinated by Brad and Shelley were great and of course Brad and Shelley were there for us every step of the way. Yes we had our pool installed right in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic which created numerous challenges in scheduling and the availability of pool supplies. The biggest challenge for us was to race against the clock to get the pool installed before construction commenced on the neighboring house. Going through their property was the only viable way to install the pool. But Brad and Shelley helped us through it all. I sent countless emails and messages to Brad and Shelley during the installation process and they answered every one of them and they were always there to find solutions to our challenges. I doubt very much if there is another pool installation company out there that would have done that, and more than likely they would have simply ignored many of my messages.     Lucille Laflamme: I just got a new safety cover put on my pool and it took two years for me to make a decision. I did not know if I wanted to do it or not. I found it a bit expensive and was worried that it may not look nice when the cover was off. It turns out it looks amazing and the look is as good as ever. When the cover is on or off. It upgraded the look when the cover is on so if I was to sell my house its an amazing upgrade. Not to say it is safe, no more worries when I close the pool. I wonder now why I waited so long. It will be good for years and HB pool is always there to install it when we need them. In these times of covit HB pool has given us amazing service and we don't even need to go outside to give instruction so we are socially distancing at all times. Even though they have been really busy this year the service is great and they are still always on time when we call them for a service appointment.     Lily Caz: . The panels had split years ago, and the concrete was sinking... the life of the pool was at its end. I shared a video of my drained pool with many pool renovation companies hoping to find someone to help repair it. 80% of pool contractors said there was no hope, remove the entire pool and install a new fiberglass pool, quotes were in the range of $100,000+. No one was interested in helping me save this pool. However, HB Pools was up for the challenge and wow! did they ever deliver! From day 1, they were always open and honest with us about best and worst case scenarios. They said they would try their best to save the pool walls and had a couple back-up plans in case things did not work out. In the end, they did not even have to resort to those back-up plans. Jacob and his team are TRUE ARTISTS! Once the concrete was removed, he was able to move the resin wall back in place and then he re-enforced our resin walls with galvanized steel plates. He ensured the concrete was laid perfectly and in the end gave us the BEST news ever. Not only did everything work out to their bests hopes, but these new walls are so strong that we will get another 30 years out of this pool. A dream come true! A fully renovated pool at a fraction of the cost of a new fully installed pool. I have included photos of the pool prior to the renovation and after. I just can't thank HB Pools enough for their outstanding service and dedication. I will never call another pool company again. HB Pools is officially stuck with us!
