Bonnie MacDonald: After waiting a few days for a response MVS called me to confirm an appointment in early Jan. I told them I only needed help with an oil change because I couldn’t get the valve open to do it myself. I knew a new storm was coming and I couldn’t shovel all by myself-again. They came back with an offer to help me the next day!! And they did. They arrived around noon and approximately thirty minutes later they were done. Maverick Minister: Found these guys on Google while searching for mower blade sharpening and funny thing is I’ve passed by there not knowing it actually exists. Had my blade sharpen in a day. Excellent work and great customer service will definitely go there again. If you guys ever need any servicing for lawn mowers, this is the place to go.

The customer service is very friendly and I'm always in and out quickly when I need to get something. They always have the parts that I need for my equipment and fix my equipment incredibly fast for a good price. On top of that, it always starts like its brand-new when I get it back! I will be dealing with Toll only for my small engines needs going forward, because they are very reliable, affordable, and friendly!

It's a locally owned shop that I chose to make my purchase because they offer great customer service. Matt answered my questions and Brady took the time to demonstrate the mower and gave me some good tips. I also save some money here as well which is always important, especially in our current high inflation times. I would definitely recommend checking out Toll Small Engines.
Eric Hallam: I purchased a Toro snowblower this year but was having problems getting it to run. I called Toll and they were able to bring it in, fix everything up including getting parts and deliver it back to my house in less than a week. Since it was under warranty I only had to pay for delivery. I’m very happy with how everything is working now and will definitely go back if I ever have another issue.

Robert Cloutier: Very Professional service by both the owner Randy and the mechanic. For a very low cost, they picked up my snow blower at home and returned it from their shop in two days. It was for a Tune Up and they greased all important parts, replaced the pull cord at a very low cost. The owner is simply very pleasant to talk to and he provides various options when discussing the issues surrounding the snowblower problem ie; gas type to use, how to store in summer etc. He doesn't wish the customer to spend money for nothing. Very respectful, he came to my home with a face mask during the COVID times which indicated his seriousness to the current situation. Eric Sulser: When I walked in, the store was being replastered and that's ok, it's not clean, it does not smell good but it's OK. This is not a Beauty Salon! They fix our little engines! Very Polite, Very Honest; they don't tell you to expect it to be fixed by tomorrow... since they have lots of work at this time of the season, got my pressure washer after 5 days and I was told honestly that it could be up to 2 weeks... and I was ok with this... got a surprised phone call that it was ready! Great Job Guys! The Mechanic even helped me put it in my car... now that is service! Can't wait to see when the walls will be plastered... lol
