Lewis Falia: *update below*I tried buying a simple clothing from them and their « security » system wouldn’t allow my transaction for a « mismatched » billing address. Even though I’ve called my bank 3 times and they confirmed that the address is good and that the payments went through. It took me almost two weeks to deal with 3 different people, 2 of which were supposed to call me back but never did. It felt like since I didn’t work for the governement I was a useless customer and they didn’t really care at some point.. It’s a shame because their prices are good.UPDATE:I originaly gave a one star rating but I decided to try one last time after 3 weeks and the payment went through and the item was shipped shortly after. It’s not really that they didn’t care about me but I felt like the could’ve reached the company that provides their billing solution to see if there was a problem with their database but anyway, I will receive the item soon so that’s what counts the most. I will surely re-order from that website because they have a great selection of quality items that suits my arctic survival well !
