When we finished browsing he asked pertinent questions, also referenced another tile was which less expensive. We chatted and he prepared a quote with info relating to our flooring. He has great customer service approach! He was okay with us taking several samples home to see how the colour and design best fitted in our kitchen during daylight and evening lights. As we wanted input from our friends, we were to keep tiles for several days. This was truly great and very appreciated! We have placed order and looking forward to installation. Thank you Tony!

The only negative thing was the 3rd party installers were late which I had to call the store for an update and when they finally arrived they took a 5 minute cigarette break before starting to unload their van and start the job.
