Matthew Seguin: Well I’ve made numerous reviews about this staples because closest to my house and I’ve been there recently for stuff to be printed and the little girl Korina over the counter and her coworker Ella said sorry we can’t help you because we’re too busy and then I asked for a manger and then he came by and his name Arthur he was making it seem I was in the wrong then I walked off then I went to tech side and I found Jamie the bell supervisor and Saif working and I asked them for help which they did and they made my day better because that was poor customer service from the manger and the 2 ladies from print they both should be written up. And the manger should be trained how to talk to people better maybe learn from Jamie and Saif they know how to joke and talk to people make people smile and laugh

Norma L: I was greeted at the entrance with a great smile and a "hello" from a lady behind the cash.I needed a couple of plastic carpet protectors, which can be difficult to carry.I asked a young employee if he could help me get them to my car, and he got them for me, loaded them in the cart, and waited at the door until I drove up.Having him put them in my trunk saved me a lot of time, as he had to play with them a bit, plus perhaps prevented my having a bit of a back strain.Last week, I bought one and had the same great service from another young man.I always find the employees friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help.Great place for office supplies and office furniture. I get our desk chairs there. I also used their limitation services a few months back. Great job!Tons of free parking and the store is always clean and well stocked.
