Jess ica: this location was always great to work with always responded fast with any questions or changes etc. 4 stars is because desjardins charges way too much per month for insurance compared to other companies. I was with them for approx 4 years and every year my insurance kept going up I don’t have any accidents or tickets. After being told if I get my G it would go down significantly, I did get my G and it only went down $25, I couldn’t get full coverage it was almost $300’per month. If you’re able to get cheap insurance through them then this location is great!

They have competitive quotes for electric vehicles and combined home/auto rates that have kept me with them since moving to Ottawa. They’re representatives are one call away too. For example, I was leaving for a trip and couldn’t find my pink slip so I called and they immediately recognized me and sent it via email. Outstanding service and support.

Cameron Revells: Definitely call around for quotes but their prices for 16-24 year old are quite good. I have actually had to make a claim with them for a fender-bender not at fault. Went extremely smoothly they barely needed anything from me and they handled literally everything just asking me where I wanted to send my vehicle and sending me a health checkup package for health claims. Excellent, excellent service and would highly recommend even if they end up being $5 more a month.I also have a grandfathered Adjusto now, I’m not sure they provide this incentive anymore but worth asking about.

Amanda Dignard: I joined Ken McCafferty Desjardins a couple years ago when my old insurance company wanted to increase my auto insurance. I called around and received several quotes and desjardins had the best pricing. Fast forward to this year and I have purchased a new vehicle. I decided to get quotes before calling desjardins so that I could find the cheapest rate. I called Desjardins’s and they WERE the cheapest still by $40 a month on the cheapest quote I had received.I also want to give a huge shout out to one of their account executives, Megha Jha. She is a pleasure to talk to and always asks how my day is going. She is kind and treats me like family. Calling insurance companies is usually annoying but once Megha picks up the phone, she makes your day.
