I offer a unique and personally tailored approach to therapy, focusing on depression, anxiety, life adjustments and transitions, post-traumatic stress and psychological trauma, childhood issues and trauma, grief, family problems, and relational difficulties. I practice primarily from a psychodynamic psychotherapy perspective, typically focusing on emotional expression in a safe atmosphere, patterns in attachments and relationships in the past and present, self understanding, and developing a trusting therapeutic relationship.
