Dawn Ellis: Aldo was able to fix 2 printer problems . One was an issue we'd been having with the ink flow for several months and the 2nd was an issue that had made our printer completely unusable. The ink issue took some time, but Aldo stuck with it and it is operating better than it has for about a year!! We couldn't be happier. Because the ink issue was a tricky one, it did take a little more time than estimated, but Aldo kept us informed. As far as we're concerned he saved us the cost of buying a new printer, because we had to have one for our student. Costs were very reasonable, communication good and we had our printer back within a week. We definitely recommend Aldo/AL's Computer Service.
