I’m out of shape and nervous to start. Should I get my cardio up before booking my Free Trial?

It’s always better to have our Instructors guide you to get your cardio and fitness up. We have beginners join the program daily and our staff is trained to help you along the way.Let our professionals get you into shape!

I have a few minor injuries from the past. Would that affect my ability to participate in this program?

In most cases we can modify your workout to accommodate your personal limitations and that’s what makes this program so amazing.Our recreational programs are geared so that everyone can participate at their own pace and limitation.

How many classes a week do you recommend I attend to get results?

We recommend attending at least 2-3 classes per week to get amazing results. Some of our members attend classes every day and there are some that maintain their health with 1-2 classes per week.

Originally from Campinas, Brazil, Mr. Alves is head coach of the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program. Rodrigo has been a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu since 2013, 3rd degree, earned under the tutelage of Professor Adriano Ribeiro Pires, 5th degree, of the Alliance Jiu-Jitsu team. Mr. Alves is recognized by the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IBJJF), and has been practising the sport for 20 years and teaching since 2012. Rodrigo has participated in numerous competitions and has won titles and championships, at the regional, national and international level.


Jeerowel has been practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu since 2009. With a wrestling background, his passion and dedication for the arts is evident in his classes.


Ms. Page has been using her skill, knowledge, and patience to teach young students for over 20 years. With 30 years of Martial Arts experience and having competed Nationally and Internationally she has lots to teach our Junior BJJ and Muay Thai students.

4worldlovers: I started Martial Arts late in life. I was 26 years old and it was an eye opening experience. I started with a self-defense style Jiu-Jujitsu and traditional kickboxing under 23 Time World Champion Jean-Yves Therault. He was an inspiration to me in the sport of combat.

In Jiu-Jitsu I trained under Brian Aylward who is one of my closest friends today

I fought in Kickboxing for many years and wanted something more, fought Muay Thai, fought Jiu-Jitsu, and still, I knew there was more. Then came Pro MMA. THAT was where I thrived. I competed across Canada in many popular promotions.

I fought over 44 fights in my career and MMA was by far the most difficult, the hardest to train for, the most demanding and best of all – the most gratifying and most fun!
