Tom Westheimer: Nice facility, but not a great location with respect to the surrounding population sadly. Still no troubles or problems. Tried to call and head and ask for parking if that's something you need. Otherwise external parking is not very convenientRooms: One thing very nice is the walk-in shower and they clean the room everyday.
Matthieu Yiptong: Relatively new hotel, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was very good for a lunch included in the hotel price. The location is convenient to the ByWard Market, downtown, the University of Ottawa, Vanier. Quite easy to access the 417 too. However, it may not be the best place to go out for a walk late at night.Rooms well insulated in terms of noise, I did not hear the noise from the street or other rooms.Parking - the garage is tight in many places, be careful if you have a large vehicle.Rooms: The room I got was very spacious, modern and clean. The only downside was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.Walkability: The hotel is well located, possible to walk in a few minutes to the Rideau Center, the Byward Market, University of Ottawa. However, King Edward Street is not very pleasant for walking, and in the evening there are sometimes loiterers.

M “K”: The location is great as there are restaurants nearby. The Nature Museum is also a 10 minute walk and it's a great visit. Breakfast included and it's pretty good. You can take a breakfast sandwich to go. The rooms were clean and the service was great. I honestly will probably come back here as it's a great spot and everything was a walking distance like the mall and Parliament as well.

Alberto Pettena: Excellent hotel, clean and quiet. Kitchen in the room with full supply, ok breakfast, covered parking a little expensive. The restaurant is located above a sports venue where you can spend a nice evening with friends and the noise does not reach the rooms. The location in relation to the city is excellent and you can reach parliament and the central districts on foot in about ten minutes.Walkability: The hotel is located in the center about 10 minutes from parliament. You can reach all the central districts on foot.
Gwendolina L.: Good location, clean room, great customer service and ready to accommodate my feather/down allergies with no fuss. Also, they offer really good options for the free continental breakfast, including breakfast sandwiches in ready-to-go sustainable containers. My only critical comment would be that I found the queen bed pretty small. Was closer to a double bed in my opinion.Walkability: Close to many restaurants, stores and activities
Kris Z.: Large rooms, practically apartments. Delicious, filling breakfasts, you can even take them away. Practical service. I recommend.
William O'Brien: and spent approx. $230 per night. The room was enormous and featured a kitchen. Two king beds and a pullout couch. Location was ideal being minutes away from the Parliament and countless restaurants. Underground parking ++.I'd have to give the hotel 4.5 stars because of a lack of hot water for showers, but I'm also a realist in that "these things happen". I let the front desk know and they replied that they would inform maintenance immediately so as the next guests wouldn't have the same issue. Perhaps I would have liked them to have offered us something by way of a discount etc., but we were so impressed by the hotel as a whole that it wasn't a bother in the end.
