We were connected within hours to a fabulous tutor who contacted me directly to set up the meeting and get details on the needed lesson. He came the next day to our place, arrived on time, was fully prepared and kept my son engaged the entire lesson. The following morning I received a follow up email from the tutor with a breakdown of what they had reviewed and what he felt my son needed to continue to work on. I also was contacted by the company to make sure we were happy with the lesson. We continued to use the same tutor a few more times after that and received the same amazing service each time. Kars10: We are extremely pleased with our experience at Kumon Math and Reading Centre of Ottawa - Centrepointe.After the disruptions caused by COVID, we turned to Kumon to support our son's reading and math skills. The results have been remarkable. He not only caught up but exceeded his school level in both subjects. His reading ability is now three levels above his peers, and his confidence in class has soared. He's even taken on a leadership role during class activities.Kumon doesn't sugarcoat the commitment required from educators, students, and most importantly parents. It's a daily effort, and it’s parent's commitment that keeps students motivated and helps them persevere through the challenging learning stages. However, we see it as an investment in our children's knowledge and learning potential. We've sacrificed a few forgettable TV shows, but the gains in our kids' education are priceless.Ravi and his Kumon educator team have been an integral part of their educational journey.
