My love story with flowers started in 2008. after being hired at a local flower shop to clean and wrap roses by the dozen during Mother’s Day week! The job was far from glamorous, but it was the perfect place for my love of flowers and my already work-loving (read: workaholic) personality to bloom. It was also all my curious sixteen-year-old self needed to stay focused.

Shortly thereafter -in the Fall of 2016 - Capital Florist, the original brand and business, was born! In a short 3.5 years I managed built a brand and a name for a business that came out of my deepest personal dreams and I could not be more proud of myself for taking that leap of faith, when everything felt like it wasn’t meant to be.

Today, we have evolved to Love in Bloom, because weddings are a process that should be enjoyed, just like the blooming of a flower. It unfolds in unprecedented ways that makes us feel things we didn’t know we could feel.
