I purchased a Kioti CK4010SE with backhoe in 2020, right at the start of the pandemic, when stocks were low in many places. Daniel at Agritibi had the right size tractor for what I wanted to do. The tractor was delivered, 1 hour from the dealership, very quickly. Due to supply issues at the time, it took a little longer to get the backhoe. However, Daniel kept me informed of the backhoe's arrival and when it arrived, he came back to get the tractor, transported it to the dealership, installed the backhoe and brought it back to my house the next day without additional costs for me… and all with a smile. Over the past 3 years I have been very satisfied with the tractor and the service. I have had 2 minor repairs, both covered under warranty. On the last one, Simon the mechanic came to do the repair. At the time, he also fixed a problem on a friend's old tractor. I would not hesitate to recommend Simon. He is a solid mechanic and I have full confidence in his expertise and his opinion.
