Amanda Hendren: The wait times change depending on how much staff they have on and how busy they are. But the staff are always amazing, especially with the kids.
Oksana Sikorski: If you have to get tested for COVID-19 I would recommend this place. Make sure to book on line appointment in the morning to get a chance to get seen the same day. By early afternoon all gets booked up. Plenty of parking, easy directions on site and good screening process. Clean inside and I saw continued disinfectant use, very reassuring. Staff is very friendly and helpful and process is fast. All good around.
Mallory MacDonald: If you have to go, they're very professional and get you through as quickly as possible, making it as painless as possible.

John Freamo: What can I say. We're here all too often with my 6yo or 2yo. But the public health nurses and staff running the centre are doing a phenomenal job. The last few visits have all been quick and easy. We're usually in and out of the building in about 25 minutes. Can't say enough good things about the crew from CHEO.
K Tremblay: The staff were so friendly and funny, and explained everything well. The pathways and route through the stations were clearly marked and easy to follow. The whole process was so quick and painless, their set-up and service was fanatic. Thank you.

Michael Sampson: , this place is an excellent choice.Yesterday, the phlebotomist who drew my blood made the experience pleasant and comfortable— she was kind, gentle, humorous, engaging, and accommodating. This is my second visit to this location, and I’m starting to realize that getting blood drawn doesn't have to be painful or anxiety-inducing. To top it off, I was given a cute frog bandaid, which was a lovely touch. I was equally impressed by the considerate and obliging service provided by the phlebotomist during my previous visit. Both technicians deserve recognition for their dedicated work.

Q McCue: . But people, IT IS THE ONLY LAB, cut them some slack. They are open quite early and it's empty, so it is convenient to go before work and classes. Take it from someone who has to get bloodwork every couple weeks, just get up 30mins earlier, jmj
