I accidentally came across Master Stitch up 2 months ago. I'm glad I did as I had ordered a dress online a few weeks ago, and it just didn't fit right ( pictures below for reference. It was puckering in the wrong area)I dropped my dress off last week with Inna. She is such a lovely person. Inna was kind and gentle while pinning the areas of my dress that required fixing which also included the bows being shortened. The knot was stitched, and she fixed a seam that wasn't sewn straight. My dress was ready for pickup within a week, and I couldn't be more happy with the work she did. (Attached picture for reference) I will be coming back I the future. Thanks again Inna!

Daniel Turner: I'll leave this here as example of a great business. I raised some concerns, the owners contacted me, made it right and fixed the issue with the tailoring I had done. I now have a great looking suit like I had originally wanted. Very impressed. Thank you!Had an older suit that I wanted to alter to make slimmer and more updated. Intake process was a bit odd, I felt like I was bothering the sales person. The measurements he took felt a bit slapdash, but I thought, he's a pro, let him work. Jacket and pants came back, really tight fit, not really comfortable, not really achieving the look I wanted. I had also asked them to fix a rip near the pocket and buttons on sleeve, but that was not done. I was hurried when picking up the order, so didn't notice right away. This was a few months ago now, and I just let it go, but wearing the suit again today and realized that it bothered me that this wasn't done with much attention to detail. I will need to go find another shop to complete the work that wasn't completed. Also, don't feel like the tailoring really accomplished the goal I wanted to achieve. Part of that is my inexperience with this stuff and not explaining it properly, part of that is the shop taking very little time to understand my needs and also not executing the details. Not looking for any restitution, just providing feedback.

Better if your order isn't urgent - he's so busy that it might take a couple of weeks until your order is finished.

James MacDonald: Exceptional services are provided here. It started last year when I needed a camel coat hemmed on the same day. Fayez got it done without breaking a sweat.This year, I took the colourful shirt to two other tailors and they both said it was beyond hope for repairing. It had a sleeve button that had partially come off the thread. I started to believe it would be irreparable. NOT WITH FAYEZ! I took it to Top Stitch Tailoring and he calmly assured me something could be done about it. Sure enough, I came back the next day and it was ready. It was miraculous like nothing had ever happened. The black shirt had some loose threads probably because of heat exposure. Two days after I took it to the shop, the threads were settled which gives me peace of mind when wearing it.Thank you so much, Fayez and staff. Those shirts I bought them in Milan so that gives them some extra special meaning. From now on, you're gonna be my tailor. You embody the can-do, impossible-is-possible attitude, not somebody who looks for an easy cop out. If I have clothing troubles in the future, you know where I'm headed!

I've paid over double from others who I was told were 'the best,' and in comparison to Raymond's work you see the flaws in the other suits' workmanship.
