Our existing furniture wouldn’t fit in the room and we didn’t know how to maximize the space given the multiple entries and the width of the room. We worked closely with a designer who took the time to understand our needs and likes, and work within our budget. Despite covid restrictions, she was able to get a great sense of the room through pictures and measurements. The entire process was so enjoyable and the final result looks beautiful and, importantly, it’s so comfortable and functional. From the curtains to the rug, the artwork and the furniture, everything works together but remains unique. They even kept our young kids in mind! The pieces are durable and safe. I would never have been able to decide on all the different pieces within such a short amount of time and within my budget. Everyone we worked with, including the warehouse and delivery people, were professional and approachable. I just can’t take all the credit when my guests compliment my great design choices.

Since it was now 2023 the store wasn’t able to help with the warranty issue, however they did offer me the amount the warranty was for store credit. Today I was able to go in and purchase a new bed frame and use the store credit with no issues at all. Amazing people, service and always willing to help the customers even when they aren’t at fault.
