4worldlovers: The Rideau Canoe Club is a non-profit organization serving the community as a sprint canoe kayak club. We are proud to wear the PURPLE AND WHITE when competing at local, divisional, provincial, national and international regattas. Our club is one of the top Sprint Canoe Kayak clubs in Canada having won the overall title at the Canadian Championships 11 times, most recently in 2015, 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022. The club offers many services and programs all of which centre around paddling. Whether you want to learn to paddle, paddle for fun or fitness, or train to compete, the club has a program for you.

4worldlovers: The Ottawa River Canoe Club (ORCC) is a non-profit paddling organization operating in the West-end of Ottawa since 2002.

Youth programs include summer camps, kiddie canoe, and sprint training programs. Adult programs include masters, sprint paddling, surf ski, dragon boat, outrigger, and stand-up paddling (SUP). The club also offers recreational and competitive programs for adults and youth living with a physical (Para) or intellectual/developmental (Paddle All) disability.

4worldlovers: Petrie Island Canoe Club is a community and volunteer run not-for-profit paddling club in Orleans and a member of Canoe Kayak Canada. We offer a variety of youth paddling programs for all levels, ages and abilities. Our goal is to foster a sense of community, while providing a fun, family-oriented and friendly environment that supports and promotes the development of participants, in addition to training highly competitive paddlers.

Thursday evening’s programs (August 10), are cancelled due to thunderstorms. Makeup sessions will be held this Friday (August 11).

Brantwood - My friends and I rented kayaks for an afternoon paddle and it was a great experience! Kayaks and safety gear were out and ready for us at check in, had help putting them in and out of the water. Overall very organized and helpful from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone looking to try something new or spend a day on the water with friends.

Belmont Ave - Sylvie was super responsive in answering my many questions. She was very accommodating and flexible. The kayak was in excellent condition and she made sure all was well before leaving the launch site. Two thumbs up! I recommend!

Brantwood - This was my first kayak rental. Sylvie already had the kayak down at the dock by the time I had arrived. Everything was seamless and enjoyable all around. I will definately be renting a kayak from this organization again. Thank you! George

Petrie Island - This worked great and we were happy to have found it as a last minute option. We will do it again, but Some friendly feedback - as a family with kids that like kayaking, we would love if there was an option to go out for less time!

Mooney's Bay - After making the difficult decision to sell our beloved kayaks due to downsizing, what a complete delight to discover Riverview Mobile Kayak Rental. Sylvie made booking a breeze. We arrived at Mooney's Bay and found everything exactly as described, with Sylvie waiting for us with a warm greeting and a big smile. She helped us launch and was there on our return to help us bring in the kayaks. Like my review title says, this was all no fuss, no muss. The prices are competitive and the service fantastic. We'll be renting from Riverview again soon. Thank you, Sylvie!

Roslyn Park to Petrie Island - Just had my fourth perfect experience with Riverview Kayak. I love that they can deliver at one place, and pick up at our destination point. Last month we paddled 13 kms in a double kayak from the Blair Road dock to Petrie island, all downstream. This time we chose individual kayaks and paddled 8 kms from Roslyn Park (at the Residence Saint-Louis) to again Petrie Island, again downstream, but going all around the island first. As always, excellent service and equipment.
