Mike Duhaime: Absolutely the best place to buy an RV.I’ve bought many RV’s in the last 39 years. All in Ottawa area. Seemed like they were all owned by the same company. I had terrible experiences at those stores, but thankfully I found Primo. There are different any others.First time buying an RV at Primo. First time a proper 3 hour walk through given.First time a dealer spent 30 hours testing before handing it to me.They supplied everything and more on pick up. Professionally installed my sway bar control, tire monitor system.Primo stands out from all other dealers, especially Ottawa area. Dave in sales was awesome as well as service staff. They helped me out big time with my old trailer as well.I would recommend to everyone, buy from Primo.My last 3 new RV’s from other Ottawa dealers were given to me in unsafe condition. Last one had Lot Rot before I purchased it new. That’s how bad other Ottawa dealers can be.Primo shows you everywhere and only sells fresh units …. Nothing sitting and rotting, just 100% verified RV’s.Thanks to all the staff at Primo !

We are extremely happy with the service and the quality of work done we received from Jamie and Eddy. We highly recommend Primo RV.

Rob Fearon: Sometimes- it is the little things! Visiting Ottawa for a few weeks and found ourselves without power in our Motorcoach. We diagnosed it to be a very small item - $38, but without it, no power. Of course, -0- availability from my Coach manufacturer, who happens to be 2000 miles away 😎. I tried Ottawa Camping and met Jason, who was happy to order the part - but also offered to help by providing a temporary solution that gave us power all weekend until the part came in. AWESOME. Great job Jason and the Team at Ottawa Camping !

Little details like: when I was backing up, they saw that my camera was dirty and they cleaned it, and when I was leaving, they took the time to give me directions, factoring in construction work. Jj Cel: I bought a 5x10 dump trailer. I see people have complained about the paint jobs on the trailers. Yeah they are not 100 percent but these trailers are built super tough. If you prefer looks over craftsmenship then go elsewhere. These trailers are "beefed up". The quality of them is much better than the other trailers I have purchased. The other trailers are like TIN cans compared to these trailers. These brothers build trailers that will last a super long time. They thought about what's best and how they can create a trailer better than the TIN can ones. I will be a lifetime customer. Thank you Leblanc brothers

Luc Lafreniere: ***EDIT*** I'm increasing the rating to 4 stars. Phone calls are apparently the way to go here. On the phone, they are responsive for parts and getting them quickly. I've also had to do a recall and they were very quick to get it done. I'd avoid their online system since it seems to go nowhere ***END EDIT***After initially having a good experience here with obtaining parts, I have since had a lot of trouble in getting anyone to even respond to me. Over the last two years, I've sent multiple parts request emails or via their parts request web page only to receive no response at all. This latest one was sent 5 days ago, I literally indicated the Sea-Doo part number and item. I don't know what else I need to do. Obtaining a wear ring when the part number is given should not be complicated and should not take 5 days to respond. And like I said, this isn't the first time. I think it's time to move on. Too bad, not many Sea-Doo dealers around.
