Lealem Abebe: Came for Sunday brunch, had a great time. My wife and I ordered the A la cart Belgian waffles with fruit and chocolate sauce on the side as well as a veggie egg omelette. The food and service were great. I was also pleasantly surprised that the servers gave us the additional water and coffees in thermoses which was a small detail but a game changer for me honestly. Fairly quick service time and not too long wait even on mother’s day brunch time which was surprising. Will come again

Nate Stahle: Decided to stay in at the Hilton Garden Inn and found the comfy chairs in the Tulip. Started with a classic Manhattan, great single cube. Food took a while to come out, but totally worth the wait! Completely delicious combinations and flavors I have not had before. I had the perogies, which sound simple, but oh my gosh, what an incredible flavour. Beet creme fresh and candied bacon made perfect dough pillows even prettier than they tasted, and they were damn good! I followed up with the coho salmon in an incredible puddle of pea puree and a gentle soup.My friend had the Kari Kari Filipino stew, which was a peanut sauce and chicken delight. The pork chop was perfectly cooked, and the sweet potatoe mash was insane with nuts and mushrooms and asparagus, I wanted more!I didn't order the creme Brule, which was orange and rosemary, but the others did, and wow, it was huge and perfect.I ate most of their's 🤪I have to say, this is some of the best looking, well displayed, and equally delicious food I have ever eaten in a hotel restaurant.
