B M Dolce: Purchased 2 seadoos last year and, as a first time buyer as such the sales person went through all that would be needed to have a smooth transition to being an owner. During the summer one of the seadoos had some challenges and, it was immediately fixed and, covered under warranty. Stored the seadoos there also the winter and just picked them up and the service staff was excellent. My spouse doesn’t speak French and, everyone went out of their way to assist him and were extremely polite. Thank you for your care and kindness. Kevin Montgomery: I have had a Bowrider 18 ft boat for 12 years now, and decided to try Orleans Boat World for my winter maintenance this year - the service experience was outstanding and the pricing was quite fair. In fact, I had no idea I needed my impeller replaced - my previous dealer in Quebec never ever mentioned it - but they picked that out immediately. I was lucky - if it had of failed, the cost would have been multiples higher to fix.
