Alyssa Gonzalez: The preeminent tropical fish store in Ottawa for both freshwater and marine pets, as well as a solid place for reptiles and amphibians. Friendly and knowledgeable staff provide fish that often don't turn up on other fish stores in town. And did I mention the huge display tank with an actual shark in it? This is a must-see.
sb sb: I love meatball the fish if you are looking to pet a fish or reptils. It is the place to go. Lovely aquariums and terrarium.

Algallon The Observer: Came looking for some treats and toys for our cats and was pleasantly surprised by the variety and prices. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the store is super packed, making it hard to browse without being in the way during busy times.

The products are high quality - from feeders, to cork, to enrichment, etc. The staff clearly care about the animals in the store, and ensuring customers are well taken care of. Syd helped us out today and we couldn't have asked for better customer service. We really appreciate the level of care put in to the husbandry for their reptiles, amphibians, and fish. The leopard gecko enclosure, put together by Syd, is a shining example of how to house one so it thrives. We highly recommend going to Critter Jungle for your new pet or pet care products.

AJ S: Great place for the family to hang out and kids to play
Amenda Soucy: I 100% recommend this place. Friendly staff, a farm that is oriented for kids with lots of entertainment and animals. There is a station where you can interact with the goats and lambs. Very friendly and happy animals ❤️ Even have a small cantin style of restaurant with hotdogs, hamburger and nuggets for a very reasonable price. I got a hotdog and fries for 6,50$ and a burger with fries for about 8$. It's $ 14 for anyone over 2yrs. We ended up staying a couple of hours even if it was raining outside. There is lots of space to cover yourself from the rain. We are definitely coming back this summer. Thank you for the amazing experience.
Persoon Saini: Great location for a getaway with kids. They get busy with the animals and tou get some rest for yourself. Nicely managed. Entry fee $14 per adult. Lots of areas to suit kids of every age group. Animals are friendly. The in house cafe is a must try. Courteous staff and the food prices are reasonable. 5 stars

Ben Wright: This is specifically for the dog grooming sector. Amazing job, seriously. My dog looked absolutely fantastic post haircut with minimal discomfort after it was done. Unfortunately this seems to happen a lot with dog groomers, but not here. We will be bringing our pooch by quarterly to the PetSmart on Merivale Road.
