Jean-Matthieu Blais: The staff over at Masters and Dogs were friendly and very knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised to see lower prices than chain pet food stores, considering this is a local business. The fact that they are also involved in multiple animal welfare charitable organisations was also a major bonus. Highly recommend!

David Mowbray: Neighborhood pet shop in Westboro, Ottawa. Also offers grooming services and best of all on some days walk-in mail trims. You have to check the schedule on line to know which days and hours in any given week but it's great. The stall know dogs well and don't cream out when the stress of a grooming results in a PE on the ship floor. The just clean it up. No judgement of either pretty or owner. That is great to see.
