From the Jackson 5 and Diana Ross to Sister Sledge and Earth Wind and Fire. You don’t need to have Michael Jackson’s moves to enjoy the fun, beginner-friendly social dance choreography, and you’ll get a great workout too!

Broadway Workout is a new dance-based cardio workout class. It’s all about having fun, expressing yourself and joining a lively community! Unlike traditional workout classes such as aerobics, Zumba, yoga and CrossFit, Broadway Workout isn’t about weight loss or punishing yourself to reach a goal.


We focus on moving your body to the music at your own pace. There’s no need for you to execute the dance perfectly in our musical theatre dance class. In fact, we encourage you to dance how you want. Be silly! Have fun! It’s like you’re at an audition but you already got the part – YOU ARE THE STAR.

Broadway Workout is structured like an audition. Each class you learn a different dance routine to a different song. No repetition, no getting bored, no expectations. Immerse yourself and let loose!

We dance with a purpose. All muscle groups are targeted in our choreography, allowing you to get a full body exercise without it feeling like a workout! The combination of brain and body movement also helps keep your mind active.
