Blanche Lewis: My initial contact with Harman and Sonia was great. Harman, asked all the right questions and took down all the information, informing me that the sales person would get back to with 2 to 3 business days. However; I was very surprised when I received a call from Sonia asking me if I was available to meet with her later on in the evening the same day. Sonia said she would be at my house around 6:00pm, and promptly at 6.00pm, there was Sonia at my door.We explained what we wanted, Sonia took the measurements and gave us an estimate. She discussed the various options with prices and what would be our best option for what we were looking for, however Sonia did not push us just to get the business, but let us decide what would best work for us. After going through all our options we finally decided to go for shutters for all the windows and roller blinds for the patio door and the insert of the front door and are very pleased with our decision. When one of the roller blinds did not fit snugly, after a quick call and a few pictures which I sent to Sonia, the problem was resolved. Thank you Sonia.The only reason I have rated them 4 stars, because their installers did not show up on the day they were scheduled to come and did not even bother to notify me, though I got a call earlier that day to give the time window when they were expected to come. My entire was wasted as it was the weekend. For lack of communication I have rated them a 4 star.Thank you Dynamite Colours and Blinds especially to Sonia and Harman.the only reason

Shelley Bennett: We have ordered numerous sets of blinds from Zebra blinds and have never been disappointed. We had an incident in our first order where part of the order was lost in transit and they sent out the blinds again at no cost as a priority order. When we did receive the original ones that arrived late, they told us to keep them or donate them to Habitat. Amazing! I recently order another 3 sets of blinds and inadvertently made a small tear in one of them opening it. I emailed asking if they could advise on how to fix it - i.e. glue or sewing...they are sending me a new blind at no cost. I was astounded as I was not expecting that and did not ask for that. The customer service, quality, cost - everything gets 5 stars from our household - and I will continue to tell people to use Zebra Blinds. Thank you, Zebra Blinds, for going above and beyond. It is very much appreciated.

After a few years the blind developed a problem with controls. the aftersale/warranty service has been absolutely exceptional. Jeff took great care of me, arranged for a conference call with the factory person to troubleshoot and when the problem was identified as a defect, repairs was arranged very promptly. i highly recommend Zebra Blinds.

The new blind arrived and we are impressed by the ease of installation and operation. The solar shade chosen has reduced the heat in our home while providing a view to the outside. We are very happy with this product. We did have difficulty pairing the remote but technical support was available and friendly. We would recommend ZebraBlinds.ca to our friends and family. It should be noted that our window is 12 feet wide and 6 feet high. The weight of the blind is quite manageable for two people to install. Other products that we have seen are much heavier. An excellent product for our needs.

Robin Clay: We just had seven motorized blinds installed by Chang’s Drapery House and couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Our condo is south/west facing that attracts a lot of sun exposure that can turn our unit into a sauna, even in the coldest winter days. Will suggested that black out blinds would solve our heat from the sun and block out the glare we receive from the water. He was right! When there is no sun exposure, the blinds are full up to maximize our view of the lake. The Installer, Gabe did an excellent installation of our blinds and took the time to explain their operation. We had a little the problem setting up the hub but that had me a bit frustrated until I received excellent support from the manufacturer’s tech support person, Antonio Bacichetti who stayed with me until all blinds were programmed with my Google Assistant. I will have no hesitation recommending Chang’s Drapery to my friends and fellow condo residents.P.S. Before I make a large purchase like this, I spend a lot of time accessing Google Reviews. I was considering another large blinds supplier but reading all the negative reviews they were quickly eliminated. David B: Called Changs Drapery House and Mrs. Choi scheduled an appointment. This was for our first home that had no curtain/blinds in the bedroom. Mr Choi came in just a few days. He measured and provided solution for blackout curtain installation for our bedroom in a condo with a weirdly designed window bay. Other companies said they couldn't work on it and only suggested blinds and it was very expensive with a 8 week timeline. But, Mr Choi was able to make it work. We decided to have curtains installed in living room and 2 rooms since he gave us a very good price. The installer Gabe came in a few days and installed the curtains and rods prior to us moving in.He did an excellent job and notified us when he was on his way. They were all very kind and helpful. The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and the whole process of conveying what we wanted/were looking for was easy and straightforward. It also took less time than we anticipated for the items to be ready, which was a nice surprise. We love the finished project and are thoroughly enjoying our new cushions. I highly recommend Prestige Decor and would definitely go back to them for future projects.

I got livingroom curtains with sheers and drapes with grommets, and I also got blackout curtains set up in my bedroom with remote controlled blinds and beautiful curtains for complete light control.
