Simon: Very quick and easy process. You text them when you arrive. The number and instructions are on the door. Text your order number and name. They text you back when they've got your stuff ready to load. You back up your vehicle on the ramp and they help you load.
Brianna Cartwright: Seamless process. Showed up on a Saturday at 9 am, let them know we had arrived via text message, was acknowledged within one minute. Easily backed onto the ramp and they helped load in our ottoman. Entire visit took less than 10 mins, well worth saving the hundreds in delivery fees!
