Lesley Sweeney: I would highly recommend O’Neills Vacuum Centre on Dundas in Mississauga. We dropped off our central vacuum power head on Saturday and it was repaired and ready for pickup Monday. We were considering purchasing a new model but they were able to replace the electrical connections and it works great. The most impressive part was they called the next day to check that it was working!

Chris Zborowski: I initially took my central vacuum, which stopped working to another place in Oakville. They looked at it and told me that they can fix it, but it will be quite pricey and it's better to get a new vacuum. My central vac is only four years old. I decided to take it for a second option to the Vacuum Repair Center. Right from the start, I received very good service. I was told that it is fixable and that a circuit board will need to be replaced. It took them one day and everything was completed at a very competitive price. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs vacuum repairs.

Troy: This was my first time dealing with this company. The problem was the suction on my vacuum was not the same as before. Bob was very helpful in talking me through how to remove the central vac and I took it into the store. He performed a service and the suction greatly improved! Bob took the time to explain the situation and didn't try to gouge me for any unnecessary repairs or upgrades. Excellent service, definitely recommend them.

Barton Chu: I have come to Sam's store for over 25 years since moving to the area. He helped fix my carpet shampooer replacing the pump which he said was recalled so the repair was free from Bissell. We continued to come to Sam for parts to our Central vac which he even rebuilt the motors for some ten years ago. Recently the motors finally died after 30yr of use. Sam recommended a CanaVac signature model that uses a "tangential bypass motor" which runs much cooler, longer and more reliably than other central vac motors. It was more expensive, but seldom does anyone take the time to explain what is important in a vacuum and why motors continue to work while others break down. We really appreciate Sam's honesty in sharing his years of experience in various brands and recommending and installing this unit for us. It has plenty of power for our needs and comes with a 20yr motor warranty. Best of all there are no fancy computer electronics to break like some more sophisticated units on the market; just years of trouble free use ahead. Thanks Sam for the education and recommendations. We continue to frequent your store for supplies and strongly recommend your services to others.Barton.
