I would like a full refund because after service is unreliable. Yes, I did send an email, nobody responded.It was a holiday weekend and to be fair, not getting reply is expected. It is a tech company, they should hava a message explaining they are closed due to holiday.After contacting their representative, service was good and prompt. So I think they deserve more stars than I initially gave. If they gave one year warranty, I would recommend this outfit to everyone who does not want to waste money and do their part in recycling.

Alan Wilson: I had little hope of salvaging my wife's aging HP Pavilion desktop having exhausted all of my own efforts. I also had little hope of finding a technician who would find a lasting solution at a reasonable cost. That is until I found Computer Central and Raymond Borges. His reviews were great although I am always suspicious of any review. I did finally lug the desktop to his store and explained the problem - an inability to boot it up. He asked me what diagnostics I had run and what the result were. He set it up on his counter and reran the diagnostics I had run and a couple of different ones. Some progress made but he advised that I would need to leave it for a few days to verify some ideas he had. Of course I could see the cash register ticking over but my wife was adamant she wanted it fixed. In the event he contacted me the next day to describe the problem and propose a solution. H noted that despite its age the computer was functioning without issue and little drop in performance even the C drive. The problem being that the the boot sector of the drive was damaged or corrupted beyond possibility of repair. He proposed installing a1TB HDD as there was a spare slot that would allow us to copy all of her files from the C drive. He quoted a price that I agreed to and he did the work for pick up the next day. My wife is very happy and so am I. Raymond is very knowledgeable and is able to explain techie stuff in simple and understandable terms. He answered all of my dumb questions patiently and ensured I understood all of what he found, how it would be fixed and a process for us to complete the file transfers. All in all a very satisfactory outcome for us. I would use him again and unreservedly commend him to others withissues with their desktop technology.

Miss Sharma: Went with a few things that didn't add up. Flickering laptop screen, hard drive not being recognised but working on another laptop, windows 11 and 10 version the culprit, driver missing etc. Not only did Raymond listen to my problem, he patiently tested all options, gave me an estimate to fix the screen and options to move ahead if I did not want to change the screen. To top it he did not want a consult / advice fee just asked for a review. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Recommended and will return if required.

They can offer experience and quality but it is not cheap. Cheap is what big-box stores are for. Custom and quality is what an independent dealer can give you.
