Even though they deal exclusively with power tools the technician agreed to take a look. 1 hour later it was working great with a new power cord and fuse. Could not be happier. Highly recommend

They are great at finding new and used parts and will notify you when they add a bit of extra maintenance in areas you wouldn't think of. My drill will last many more years now thanks to them.

Gary Vivian: Excellent service for older electric lawn mower using their fixed price option. My Black and Decker machine is native to this group, but they service all makes of power tools, snd are heavily used by contractors. Hard to find service for these when bought from big box stores.

IT HAS A BIT MORE POWER, SO GETTING IT FIXED WAS A NON ISSUE. LOTS OF GREAT PRICED REVAMPED/REPAIRED TOOLS, MUCH CHEAPER THAN A BRAND NEW ONE. Martin Zasso: Ordered online, came in a week. I did call to confirm it was going to be sent on day 6 it was sent that afternoon and i received it the next day. I saved 90 bucks by ordering through them when i called they were friendly and efficient. I will defiantly look here for any tool orders in the future.
