They have a designer in store that can help you put different tiles together to get the perfect look. Sofia was great and I absolutely trust her expert opinion. Will be back here again for sure.

Sonam helped us in the selection and accommodated us to choose the tiles in spite of past their closing time. She went over and beyond to meet our expectations and experience which unfortunately cannot be said about her colleague who was pushy and wanted us to get out!!!Sonam was courteous, patient, knowledgeable and had a welcoming approach with a smile which will go a long way in customer experience and satisfaction. If not for her, we would have gone elsewhere for our tiles. Many places change their tone and provide terrible customer service after the sale is completed but The Floor and Decor is a refreshing change. I highly recommend this store. C Lac: We were renovating two bathrooms and visited Italtile and five other tile stores including one recommended by a contractor. They all had their pros and cons but in my opinion Italtile stood out as being the best on all counts. Nino and Claudia were easy to talk to. You felt you were dealing with honest people. They listened to our questions and had answers and recommendations and took the time to discuss options available. They did not rush us and gave us their full attention. It also helps that NIno has a lot of experience in installing tiles himself. We knew from the start that they were the type of people we would want to do business with. Italtile has a great selection of quality tiles, their prices are very reasonable, and they are prompt and timely on their delivery. We purchased all our tiles there including shower niches and shower curbs. This is one of the best experiences we had in purchasing items for the renovation. If I could I would give them 6 stars.

They were able to arrange delivery of the tiles for next day as well. The pirce was very reasonable and some tiles I got at quarter of the price compared to other places I visited. I visited the store late in the evening and the team there was patient and made sure I got what I needed. They provided me with a very detailed invoice which had the tile names and said which tile was for where so that my contractor can follow along as well.

They arrived early and worked late into the evening to ensure our flooring was installed in a timely manner. They cleaned up well afterwards taking all the materials/scraps with them.
