Tim Kuhn: I would highly recommend Metro Pool Services. I've had my pool closed and opened by them since we first moved in. They came when they promised, did all the work necessary to take the cover on and off, as well as cleaned and balanced the chemicals. I also had an issue with a leaking pipe which I discovered the following day, and they tended to this almost immediately so that I could use the pool for an upcoming family gathering. They went above and beyond, and I'll continue to use them in the future.

Maria: Prestige Pools – Beautiful Pools, Excellent ServiceMore than twenty years in our Mississauga home we discovered a serious problem with water seepage, moisture and mould in our basement. Our basement is fully finished which added to the complexity of resolving the problem. The situation required waterproofing the foundation from the outside which meant that we had to remove all the existing pattern concrete around the house, including around our inground swimming pool.We didn’t hesitate to reach out to Mark at Prestige Pools to do the pool renovation. His father Tony built our pool in 1999 and their company has been servicing it ever since. Prestige built us a very solid pool that has stood the test of time.Mark came up with clever ideas on how to update our pool that included layered cake stairs with a bench. This gave us lounging capabilities in the pool and more deck space by removing the protruding original fiberglass stairs. He also incorporated a waterfall feature, designer ladders, led lights, a waste line and an ozone chlorination system. The end product is beautiful and the pool is much lower maintenance.I highly recommend Prestige Pools because they are experienced, build lasting pools and provide excellent ongoing service. Vivek Jain: Went to get pool water chemistry test and they do it for free which is great. They told what chemicals need to be added to get it right. Some of their prices are high so watch what you're buying if you're concerned about pricing.

Called them on a Saturday afternoon, and Tim walked me through a troubleshooting process over the phone!!!We couldn't resolve the issue, so he sent out a crew a few days later, they were on site for a few mins and resolved the issue.They waived the callout charge, which I did not expect at all.I now use them for my water testing, chemicals and repair/maintenance.It certainly pays to support local businesses that are so customer friendly!!!Service:General repairs maintenance

Our pool construction was difficult to say the least but Steve and his team overcame all obstacles and because of Yorkstone we are now enjoying our pool.Dino at Patterned Concrete helped us with the hardscaping and deciding what pattern to choose for our driveway and patio surrounding our pool . This was not our first experience with Dino and Patterned Concrete which made our decision to be a repeat customer a breeze.
