Our basement is fully finished which added to the complexity of resolving the problem. The situation required waterproofing the foundation from the outside which meant that we had to remove all the existing pattern concrete around the house, including around our inground swimming pool.We didn’t hesitate to reach out to Mark at Prestige Pools to do the pool renovation. His father Tony built our pool in 1999 and their company has been servicing it ever since. Prestige built us a very solid pool that has stood the test of time.Mark came up with clever ideas on how to update our pool that included layered cake stairs with a bench. This gave us lounging capabilities in the pool and more deck space by removing the protruding original fiberglass stairs. He also incorporated a waterfall feature, designer ladders, led lights, a waste line and an ozone chlorination system. The end product is beautiful and the pool is much lower maintenance.I highly recommend Prestige Pools because they are experienced, build lasting pools and provide excellent ongoing service. Vivek Jain: Went to get pool water chemistry test and they do it for free which is great. They told what chemicals need to be added to get it right. Some of their prices are high so watch what you're buying if you're concerned about pricing.
Ajay Sharma: My pool pump wouldn't prime. Called them on a Saturday afternoon, and Tim walked me through a troubleshooting process over the phone!!!We couldn't resolve the issue, so he sent out a crew a few days later, they were on site for a few mins and resolved the issue.They waived the callout charge, which I did not expect at all.I now use them for my water testing, chemicals and repair/maintenance.It certainly pays to support local businesses that are so customer friendly!!!Service:General repairs maintenance

Our pool construction was difficult to say the least but Steve and his team overcame all obstacles and because of Yorkstone we are now enjoying our pool.Dino at Patterned Concrete helped us with the hardscaping and deciding what pattern to choose for our driveway and patio surrounding our pool . This was not our first experience with Dino and Patterned Concrete which made our decision to be a repeat customer a breeze. Gary Little: During closing of the pool last year we knew we had a leak or two and would have to address the issue when the pool got opened in 2019The pool company I had last year decided not to do pool work in the Brampton area. I called a couple friends who have pools and they recommended Premier Pool Group. I had already called another pool company to look at my pool and I didn’t get a really good feeling they knew what to do or how to change a pool liner.I spoke to Lenny on the phone from Premier Pool Group and did he impress me with his knowledge. Lenny came out removed the pool cover, found the leaks and then explained my options. We decided to remove the old liner and replace it with a new liner. Lenny explained the steps, how long each step should take and broke down the cost. Everything happened as he said and the price was right on the quote. Lenny has followed up a few times to make sure everything is running properly and to make sure we were happy with the work done.I would certainly recommend Lenny and the Premier Pool Group for any pool work you may have. Mish Castro: Great place to shop for quality spas and above/semi inground pools and the extras. They have a water testing lab and staff will let you know what you need to get your spa or pool at it's best. Summer blow out sales happening. Prices are reasonable. I recommend this company.
