I actually felt a little embarrassed having a world-class plastic surgeon address something so minor yet he made me feel comfortable and at ease, and walked me through the entire procedure. I experienced no pain and recovery was a breeze.So when I read reviews which state that you should seek another surgeon if your life depends on it OR he was rude, as completely ludicrous. I think these people are confused and are more upset that someone told them, ‘No’ even if it was for their own safety!!!I’ll say this, regardless if your life depends on it, it’s a privilege to have Dr. Austin perform ANY type of procedure on you- whether it’s minor or major. Dr. Austin is a perfectionist and a true Artist. She also considers lifestyle factors and does her best to get to the bottom of what ails you.MCSC also keeps wonderful staff at the office. They are always so pleasant and helpful. It is a pleasure to be a patient at MCSC and would recommend them to anyone who’s in the market.
Can Nurse (CanNurse): Had some injections done by Dr.Weinberg, he is very knowledgable and concerned about your features. His expertise and technique made getting injectables pain free. I would recommend to anyone considering cosmetic enhancements.

She has followed me now for well over a year and I must comment and give credit about her professional patience, thorough examination and thoughtful, caring time at each visit. The office was also so accommodating when needing an appointment urgently and I can't say thank you enough for the supportive care given from both Dr. Schiffer and her office team.

Fernando Grana: I will always be grateful to dr Sharon Kim. She perform and operation in my right hand which relieved me for any pain I was feeling. Prior to the operation I was taking ibuprofen and other painkillers, to be able to sleep at night, for 5 years. I was developing ulcer in my stomach. I could feel it burning many times through the day. I was miss diagnose by other hand doctor in Argentina, but she found the root cause of my issue. One bone in my hand had a shadow, apparently a part of the bone was missing. She performed a bone graft which solved the issue. Thank you so much.

James Eastwood: I went to see Dr Kim at the suggestion of an orthopedic surgeon because I had torn a tendon in my thumb. Jenny in the office responded promptly to all my calls, and set up the consult with Dr Kim, who was obviously knowledgeable in her field. Due to the Covid issue, I could not get the surgery done by Dr Kim, however, she called me personally, and apologized that she was not able to do the surgery. I have NEVER had a physician call me to tell me that they were sorry that they could not help, even though the delay was obviously not within her control. My experience with Dr Kim and Jenny has been outstanding

Serge Grinkoff: I didn't even know that they were so good.I had really bad cataracts in both eyes and I was also highly myopic so I was literally getting blind and to be honest I was extremely nervous of having surgery.I've done serious research in the past and went to different places before so I know what I am talking about.First of all I would like to say that Dr. Lloyd is just a brilliant guy..he is excellent surgeon, he is very smart and his bedside manners are impeccable..besides that Dr. Lloyd is very passionate to help people and he is very sincere..he did an amazing job to bring back my vision..I am super grateful to him and I will pray for him my entire life..he really deserves that. So if everyone is planning to have any eye treatment you should consider Dr.Lloyd first, he is definitely the best in Toronto and one of the best in the world.Also I would like to say special thanks to Michelle Mundle. She is working at the branch at North York Location of Lasik Md where I had my initial appointment.She was extremely helpful..knowing that I am having a family emergency situation and I do need treatment as soon as possible she did everything to get me surgery date asap and she recommended the Dr. Lloyd..she is extremely professional and she is a person with a big heart!..moreover she gave me a few really good pieces of advice.So everything was resolved for me the best possible way.Michelle: Once again thank you very much!Overall kudos to lasik MD, great clinic and staff!
