Sandra Lian: A park full of of love

V Z: Near my place, kid friendly park.

Nick Panico: Wonderful area great for pick up soccer or foot ball, space to play catch bike rollerblade. There is a nice park for kids to get some solid playing time in. Can walk run or jog the trail. Space to play with your dog as well

Hop Ho: Great sled hill

Neil I: Ideal park. Large green spaces, full playground, baseball fields, soccer fields, walking path. In the winter the big hill become a toboggan hill. Good for kids, adults, teens, dog walkers. Even has a nicely paved parking lot.

Ball Ball: Not a big park but good enough to walk dogs and some walking exercises. Have an nice children n playground. No restroom. Just an neighbourhood fair size park

Trevor Rodrigues: This little green space is in the neighborhood. It has a nice playground for kids and a little walking path that is not challenging for seniors or those with limited capabilities. I wish there were more benches but otherwise it is a nice place with a few shaded seating areas.

Basil Pirzada: Based area

Mario Trunz: Great view of the airport and distanced City of Toronto. From an aviation geek perspective it's not really a great place for a spotter park, but one can easily see the eastbound arrivals or westbound departures.

Christine McGregor: Huge!!! Definitely, one of Mississauga's tucked away gems. Not many trees, mostly open field. Perfect for soccer, football, cricket, sunset, or, in my case, sparring.

Emma: The most gorgeous public park & trail in Mississauga—a perfect manifestation of blissful suburbia. Close to Pearson Airport, you can watch planes in their flight yet still be surrounded by lush hills of lavender and daisies. Parking is plentiful & there are spots to sit along the trail as well as the top of the hill. Perfect place to walk your dog or just to enjoy a peaceful sunrise/sunset.

Birchwood Park: what do users think?

Mark Goulden: Unless you know where you are going you may not find these great ball diamonds

Bruce Lewin: Lots to do here. There are soccer pitches, baseball diamonds, a kids play area plus washrooms, lots of shade trees and walking trails.

Joshua Kearse: Great for hiking, 5 baseball diamonds, soccer field all in mint condition, hiking trails, nature walks.....Beautiful Park.

Zahra S.: , which makes it easier to keep an eye on children while you play. There’s also a soccer field with excellent grass that always has a game running. It’s a nice, quiet park with many friendly people out for their morning walk or walking their dog

leri pro: Playground with many fixtures, always clean Restroom, Dog-friendly big-big areas, possible Picnic places.

Francis: There are beautiful rabbits during summer that u can pickup and feed

León Guzman: A place full of flora and fauna, very clean and with many people.

Alexander Rykhlinski: When snow is good tobogganing is great on this hill

Pat Duhaime: .Restrooms: 1 porta-potty in the parking lot

Imran Shahid: Visited the park in winter and had a great time on the toboggan hill with my kids. The slope was just steep enough to provide a thrilling ride, but not so steep that it was dangerous for young children. However, there aren't many other activities available at the park apart from the toboggan slide, so keep that in mind if you're planning a full day outing. There's ample parking space available at Birchwood Park and it was easy to find a spot. The hill was visible from the parking area, making it easy to keep an eye on my kids as they sled down the hill.

Shannon Cornwell: kids sled down hill

Martin C (CanadianBrit): , no defined path for ascending
