We already had a contractor and chose to book the framing, installation and finishing with him. 10 months later and the contractor suddenly dropped our simple project. I called Terry for advice. Terry came to my home to see what was going on and that was when I found out that the fireplace was not installed correctly. The contractor probably realized his mistake and he was unable to finish the project so he quit. Terry went above and beyond and with his extensive knowledge of the product he was able to finish the installation, with a modification, to our complete satisfaction. Imtaz Ali: We purchased a high-end Regency fireplace that was installed 2 years ago and have not seen it working even once yet. The service was not well handled. After some initial work was done I was told that I have to pay out of pocket as Regency declined to honor the warranty. After personally discussing this with Regency they gave the go ahead for the warranty. However progress continues to be slow.Revised: Bumping from 1 to 4 star since this was finally resolved. The issue with the warranty was because of a technicality with the date the store purchase the unit vs when it was installed. The repair took a while because it was a strange problem. The unit itself was fine.

Carole Ribeiro: The new gas insert is beautiful and makes me happy. We bought the first week of August and said we wanted to replace our current gas fireplace. We wanted it in before Christmas. We were told the unit would arrive mid October. First week of November the installer came and said he couldn't install because our chimney had many loose bricks. I was very worried because I did tell them about my chimney problems in August. They assured me back then, no problem. They did arrange for their mason to look at and fix our chimney. After hounding the store for a month, the mason came mid December to fix our chimney. The mason did a good job, the gas insert was installed and it looks great. I was stressed because I thought that my chimney wouldn't be fixed before spring, but the install was done before Christmas. I did have to pay double of what I wanted to do because of the chimney, but at least it is safe now. The mason was cheaper than any other quote I received. I did feel that there was a bit of lack of communication. However, everything is done it works well, looks good and is safe.

Hearth Manor was actually the sponsor for my softball team when I was little!My kids were enamoured with their antiques section. As the owner of a local business down the street, Align Custom Fit Footwear &Footcare, I can really appreciate the warm welcome of a family-owned business. And especially the longevity is such a great family-owned business. My family has been getting their custom fireplaces here for decades. I called the company that I purchase the insert from and they did not want to help me and gave me a gentleman the could service my insert. He came out and told me I would need a new burner but the logs were fine, he also suggested Woodbridge Fireplace and not the original company I dealt with. Interesting. Anyway, I called Woodbridge Fireplace for a quote, the service was amazing and the quote was great! The service person was out today and he was courteous and professional. What a pleasure doing business with this company!

They were all so professional. from the showroom visit, to the design and advance, to the old fireplace demolition to the new construction. A quality, professional job all the way around, and extremely fair and friendly staff as well. Would highly recommend this team!

Steve Kawai: Just had my gas log installed by Ontario Hearth this morning. Upon confirming the order, the delivery and scheduling of the installation was immediate. The technicians arrived on time and were very professional in their work. All of my questions were answered in detail, and they had my gas log installed and running in less than 3 hours. Although I initially had a few hiccups nailing down the cost and installation details, in the end they came through for me and did a great job and I’m very pleased with the results.
