Richard Doherty: Initial visit was ok. I didn’t feel that I was given a lot of info on the machines. I was glad I had done research before I went to the location. Pickup experience was great and was really happy that Mike took the time to walk me through setup, towing experience and specifics of the machine. One suggestion - add a few bucks to the price of the machine and include the cover when you pickup the Sea-Doo.

He answered any questions I had, walked me through the paperwork with detail and went over the bike with me to make sure I am familiar with it before taking it home. He was a great help in loading the bike and strapping it down, showing us great techniques. During the process, there were some delays and obstacles on my part but he remained patient and courteous while helping us through it and made a great effort to get us the bike ready in our unreasonably short timeframe.
